We’re inviting a select group of high-agency students to be part of the Inc42 AI Summit 2026, India’s leading, invite-only gathering focused on real-world AI execution.
Organised by Inc42 Media, the summit brings together 600+ founders, CXOs, and investors, along with 50+ speakers across 25+ sessions, to decode how AI is actually being built and deployed in India today.

This is not a passive internship. You’ll be working on-ground at a high-intensity, high-context event, solving real problems in real time.
As an Operations Intern, you’ll be at the core of making the summit come alive:
Manage on-ground event operations across stages, sessions, and experience zones
Coordinate with founders, speakers, and VIP guests
Drive delegate experience, from check-ins to live issue resolution
Support speaker flow, backstage operations, and session transitions
Work closely with internal teams across content, partnerships, and production
Take ownership of real-time problem solving (this is where most learning happens)
Duration: ~30 days (including training + event days)
Training Begins: April End 2026 (exact date to be shared)
On-ground Requirement: Mandatory presence in Bengaluru during event week (26–28 May 2026)
1st or 2nd year UG/PG students (any discipline)
Strong communication skills (you’ll be interacting with top founders & operators)
High ownership mindset, people who figure things out, not wait for instructions
Ability to stay calm and execute in fast-paced environments
Genuine interest in AI, startups, and the tech ecosystem
Behind-the-scenes access to one of India’s most curated AI gatherings
Work directly with the Inc42 team on a live, large-scale production
Exposure to top founders, investors, and operators in the ecosystem

Most people attend events. A few get to build them from the inside.
This internship is less about “helping at an event” and more about learning how high-quality, high-context experiences are actually executed — under pressure, at scale, and with zero room for error.
