We're in search of an Academic Manager who excels in dynamic environments and is deeply passionate about fostering impactful learning experiences and nurturing a vibrant learning community. In this vital role, you will be more than a subject-matter expert; you'll be the heart and soul of our cohort-based educational programs.
As the architect of our program's learning outcomes, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic excellence of our programs. Your primary responsibility will be to build subject matter expertise, design and develop engaging curricula, and curate exceptional learning experiences for our learners. You will work closely with industry leaders, mentors, and subject matter experts to create high-quality content and deliver transformative learning journeys.

What You’ll Do:
1. Curriculum Development and Design:
Build subject matter expertise for programs in Entrepreneurship, Business, Growth and other flagship offerings.
Collaborate with industry experts and mentors to create a comprehensive curriculum aligned with program objectives.
Design engaging learning journeys for learners that incorporate effective teaching pedagogy, instructional methodologies and assessments.
Continuously review and enhance curricula to ensure relevance and alignment with industry trends.
2. Content Curation and Delivery:
Work with external speakers, mentors, and industry leaders to curate session content and guide them on delivering desired learning outcomes.
Emcee and moderate live sessions, ensuring seamless delivery and engaging discussions.
Create and evaluate assessments to measure learners' progress and understanding.
3. Program Quality Assurance:
Oversee the overall learning journey and outcomes of each program.
Monitor and maintain the quality of program content and delivery.
Analyse feedback and program metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless learning journey for fellows.
4. Thought Leadership and Innovation:
Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in the education and startup domains.
Identify opportunities for innovation and integration of new methodologies to enhance the learning experience.
Contribute to the strategic development of programs and initiatives.

Skills & Experience
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in curriculum development, academic program management, or related roles.
Subject matter expertise or the willingness to quickly build knowledge in the course areas.
Proven expertise in designing and delivering engaging educational content.
Strong understanding of various instructional methodologies and assessment techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in educational technology tools and platforms.
