Inc42 is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in executing and managing paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will be tasked with developing innovative strategies to drive conversions to Inc42, Inc42 Plus and Inc42 Courses, from various social media platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of digital marketing trends.

What You'll Do

  • Own, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and google to drive performance for multiple Inc42 IPs

  • Track, analyse, report and optimise paid marketing performance metrics to guide content decisions and drive business value. Should be well-versed with performance marketing tools like Hootsuite, Google Adwords, Meta Business & Ads Manager etc

  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine strategies and improve campaign efficiency.

  • Proficient in campaign schedule management to drive smart budget allocation to the campaigns

  • Utilise Excel and analytics tools to monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, optimising for ROI

  • Own, drive, and report on crucial marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC, LTV, and, ROAS for all Inc42 IPs

  • Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, Competitor research, ad grouping and audience targeting

  • Collaborate With Creative & Brand teams to create compelling ad creatives and copies to optimise performance from respective campaigns

  • Collaborate with product team to optimise website for improving performance of paid campaigns

  • Provide regular reports on campaign results, insights, and recommendations for future strategies


What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a performance marketing professional

  • Has a knack of ROAS first thinking

  • Strong experience with digital advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads

  • Proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis

  • Ability to identify and act on campaign optimization opportunities based on data-driven insights

  • Proficient in creating interactive performance marketing reports.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Experience in a new age edtech, ecommerce or consumer tech startup is a plus
