What You’ll Do
Strategic Business Development & Account Management:
Serve as the primary liaison between the founders and cross-functional teams such as account management, sales, delivery, and marketing.
Spearhead enterprise account management and guide the account management team to excellence.
Drive business development with innovative proposals, concept notes, campaign documents, and project plans.
Foster internal stakeholder relationships and refine both Account Management and Business Development processes.
Craft and maintain Sales Dashboards and key business performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Projects & Analytical Leadership:
Steer special cross-functional projects and pivotal strategic initiatives that shape the company's future.
Identify and actualize organisation-wide process improvements, championing change with team leaders.
Monitor strategic goals for key business units, utilising Metrics, Targets, and OKRs for measurable growth.
Perform comprehensive business performance analysis, including financials, budgets, and other critical parameters.
Act as an analytical guide to drive activities, build stakeholder relationships, and derive actionable insights for leadership.
Analyse performance to pinpoint key vacancies, managing recruitment processes and candidate onboarding for Inc42’s B2B division.
Synthesise market, competitor, and user research to provide strategic insights that steer business decisions.
What We Are Looking For
Technical degree (CS/Engineering) and MBA preferred.
4+ years of experience in startups or business development, especially in early-to-growth stage startups, and business operations.
Generalists with a proactive attitude, high energy and hands-on approach.
Strong organisation & project management skills, comfortable with ambiguity and evolving roles & responsibilities.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and first principles thinking.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in process definition, operations management, and data analytics.
Analytical approach and skilled in Excel, PPT, and collaboration tools.
Someone who wants to start their own venture 2-3 years down the line would be ideal
