The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in office administration, vendor coordination, or facility management. What You Will Do:
A. IT Asset & Procurement Management
Assist in maintaining IT assets, including basic procurement and record-keeping.
Coordinate with vendors for purchasing and repairing IT equipment.
Keep track of IT inventory and ensure timely updates in records.
B. Travel & Expense Management
Help organize travel arrangements for employees as per company policies.
Assist in tracking travel expenses and maintaining basic records.
Support cost-saving initiatives by coordinating with travel vendors.
C. Office & Facilities Administration
Ensure smooth daily office operations, including cleanliness and basic upkeep.
Support vendor coordination for office supplies and facility maintenance.
Assist in managing guest visits, office events, and employee hospitality.
D. Cost & Resource Management
Help track office expenses, including utilities and supplies.
Maintain basic documentation for administrative expenses and vendor agreements.
Assist in optimizing office resource usage and avoiding unnecessary expenditures.
What We Need:
6 months - 2 years of experience in Office Administration, Hospitality, or Facility Management.
Basic understanding of vendor coordination and office operations.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Familiarity with office tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email management is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and grow in an administrative role.
