Inc42 Media is looking for a Recruitment Manager with a full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing & onboarding great employees. - Continuously partner with function heads to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
- Develop & update Job descriptions & Job specifications
- Work on multiple open roles across teams and ensure that every hire is a culture fit 'A' player
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer & negotiating employment terms
- Onboard new employees, conduct exit interviews, F&F in order to become fully integrated.
- Monitor & apply HR recruiting best practices
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws & regulations.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Design & track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire etc.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of Interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc.)
- Hands on experience with recruiting software
- Prior experience in managing niche hiring
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Deep understanding of employment laws & regulations
- Deep understanding of the start-up ecosystem
- Ability to discover & attract passive talents.
- Obsessive about smashing targets out of the window
- Ability to work with little supervision
