Inc42 Media is looking for a highly-creative digital marketing manager to execute the marketing for BrandLabs, Inc42’s native advertising unit. In this position, you will be responsible for conceptualizing & executing high-performing brand awareness, content marketing and lead generation campaigns for Inc42 BrandLabs clients.
Your duties will include sales enablement by assisting the sales team in proposals, working with associate producers on content marketing, onboarding & working with external agencies, and conceptualizing & executing brand awareness & lead-generation campaigns.
Our ideal candidate is a passionate & experienced B2B/Content/Media Marketer. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Conceptualize & execute high-performing brand awareness, content marketing and lead generation campaigns for Inc42 BrandLabs clients
- Drive lead generation campaigns by creating effective content marketing campaigns with assistance from producers & designers, executing & optimizing paid marketing campaigns across channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Partner & coordinate with marketing agencies to amplify lead generation campaigns
- Enable the sales team by assisting in proposals feasibility, conceptualizing new campaigns & content properties, projecting numbers, etc.
- Collaborate internally to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans based on specific client objectives across different channels and segments
- Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all BrandLabs campaigns, across print, digital, and video assets
- Proven working experience in digital marketing (2 years+)
- Demonstrable experience delivering content marketing, lead generation & demand generation campaigns
- Strong interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, and communication skills
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, DFP)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook, LinkedIn & Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, measurement and the startup ecosystem
