As the Inside Sales Lead at Inc42 Courses, you'll initially be the linchpin of our sales efforts, directly counseling and enrolling prospective fellows into our programs. As you lay the groundwork, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a small but high-performing sales team. Your focus will be on delivering a consultative and empathetic sales experience, ensuring alignment between our programs and the business & career goals of our prospective fellows.

What You'll Do:

  • Direct Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle, from inquiry to enrollment, providing a high-touch, empathetic customer experience.

  • Consultative Counseling: Engage with prospective fellows to understand their professional goals and guide them to the appropriate program.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop a sales strategy that can be scaled and implemented by a future sales team.

  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records in the CRM, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.

  • Team Building: As the role evolves, recruit, train, and lead a small inside sales team.
