We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive with 1-2 years of experience in account management, marketing, or related roles, who can seamlessly support campaign execution, operational processes, and event delivery. You will collaborate across internal teams, prepare performance reports, and ensure operational efficiency in invoicing and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Support:
  • Assist in automating campaign workflows and processes.
  • Develop proposal briefs to align with client objectives.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive campaign documents containing all relevant campaign details.
  • Prepare real-time auxiliary information requested by clients or sales teams to support business closure.
2. Operational Assistance:
  • Support invoicing and payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate operations.
  • Collaborate with operations, attendee acquisition, delivery, and sales teams to drive business outcomes.
3. Event Support:
  • Shadow senior account managers during event partnership deliveries and assist where required.
  • Provide operational and delivery support during Summits, acting as a liaison across teams to ensure event success.
4. Client Reporting & Insights:
  • Prepare detailed marketing reports to communicate campaign performance.
  • Handle client requests for additional campaign data or insights.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Act as a bridge between internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of tasks.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, marketing, or a related role (internship experience considered).
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRM or campaign automation tools is a plus. Eg. Asana
  • Team player with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
